What you need to know...

Location

We are based in Kennington, Ashford. Parking is available on site.

- After making a booking, a confirmation email/message will be sent to you, with the full address and instructions for when you arrive to your appointment. A following reminder 24 hours before the appointment will also be issued out.

Appointments and Deposits

- A non-refundable £20 deposit* is required in order to book your appointment. (In the event that Tazk Beauty cancels your appointment this deposit will be refunded).  This will need to be paid via bank transfer once appointment has been made/confirmed.

- Any cancellations  Tazk Beauty will attempt to contact you.

-All emergency bookings where possible are + £25

*No deposit = no appointment

Lateness/No Shows

For every client there is a grace period of 15 minutes, after that you will be charged accordingly:

15+ mins = £15

25+ mins = £25

30+ mins = Appointment is liable to cancellation / £30

- Please don’t hesitate to message if you feel like you will be running late. we are very understanding but we can’t be cooperative with a client who doesn’t communicate.

Payment

At the end of the appointment you will be asked to pay the remaining balance and any other additional fees. This can be paid via:

- Cash

- Bank transfer

Cancellations/ Reschedules and Plus ones

All clients will be able to reschedule their appointments by contacting Tazk Beauty up to 48 hours prior to their appointment.

- Cancelling your appointment 24 hours and under,  will result in your non-refundable deposit being kept and you will have to book/pay for a new appointment when one is available.

- If you would like to cancel please do so before the 48 hour mark.  Once cancelled your deposit will pass on to your rescheduled appointment, only 1 rescheduled appointment can be made per deposit.

- In general, for adult appointments plus ones aren’t permitted at the appointment .

- However if you feel the need to bring a plus one please message for permission.

-For child bookings exceptions are made for siblings/parents.
